Management Philosophy

Money & Gifts

  • -Do not accept cash or checks under any circumstances.
  • -Do not accept physical gifts, gift certificates, admission tickets, membership cards, transportation tickets, or accommodation vouchers.
  • -Do not receive any kind of usage passes (e.g., gym, sauna) from partner companies.
  • -Do not accept entertainment or excessive discounts.
  • -Do not receive auto parts from suppliers for free or at a discount.
  • -Do not engage in betting (e.g., golf, card games) with employees of partner companies.
  • -Do not accept fuel cards or travel expenses when visiting partner companies.
  • -Do not request payment of business or personal expenses by a supplier during overseas business trips.
  • -Do not give or request gifts during domestic or overseas business trips.

Holidays & Events

  • -Never give or receive gifts during holidays.
  • -Refuse any gifts delivered to your home.
  • -If a gift is left at home against your will, report it to the gift reporting center.
  • -Do not receive support or sponsorship from suppliers for company events such as team outings or sports days.

Meal Provision

  • -If a supplier visits the company, meals should be taken in the company cafeteria. If meals must be taken outside, the cost must be split equally regardless of the amount.
  • -When visiting a supplier, use their cafeteria if available, or otherwise dine out with each party paying individually, regardless of cost.
  • -Do not request suppliers to cover the cost of department dinners or gatherings.

Solicitation

  • -Do not engage in any solicitation or coercion that may be socially criticized.
  • -Do not make personal requests to suppliers (e.g., product sales, insurance subscriptions, discount coupons).

Use of Information

  • -Do not use information obtained during work for personal gain.
  • -Do not disclose confidential company or supplier information to third parties.

Work Conduct

  • -Do not intentionally delay tasks for the purpose of receiving compensation from suppliers.
  • -Welcome supplier employees politely and respectfully during visits.

Others

  • -Refrain from any behavior equivalent to giving or receiving entertainment or valuables not explicitly mentioned above.
